Typically, I wear my underwear two or three times before I wash. I have a desk job in a cool office. Not much sweat. LOL
I have, however, worn the same jockstrap for two weeks straight before trading. That was hot.

For wearing max is two days. Have a couple of pairs though that I've used as cum rags for almost one and a half years and they still smell sweet like caramel.

I can't stand wearing mine for more than a day. I just don't feel clean wearing them longer.

I've probably gone a week at least. I'm pretty messy, so I guess it just doesn't bother me. And the worst part is if I jizzz in them, I don't always change. And its not because I like it, its just im so indifferent to dirty clothes I don't even think about changing them.
