track is more fun if it's with people or friends! treadmill is kinda boring and I noticed that you can run much faster and longer on a track because you're running with your own speed but when you control the speed on the treadmill you get tired fast ! but that's just my opinion 🙂

            I've no friends  :cry2:

No, seriously… I did some with friends, but I'm not much flexible (let's say like a granite block...) and my knees and hankle hurt if I don't run exclusively on soft ground... the treadmill has some suspension that make the step softer and I can run without killing my joints

Treadmill in winter in front of the TV. Outdoors (track or otherwise) when the weather is nice.

Personally I prefer a treadmill, whenever i go out running i get tired and have to walk back. If I'm on a treadmill I can always step off when i get tired.

Track for sure! You can control your pace, that's the advantage.  I love the feeling of breeze blowing to my face when I sprint and eye candy is a plus 🙂

I get bored easy and running in place is one boring thing to be doing for me.  I need to be outdoors running in the fresh air, no matter rain, snow or even a beautiful warm sunny day.  Every run I see something new and different, I even change from time to time where I run for better cardio. Sometimes I run along the river, sometimes through the streets and other times in the woods, mountain area.

Remember me with smiles and laughter
For that's how I will remember you all
For if you can only remember with tears
Then please don't remember me at all.

Track when possible. I tend to run further/longer when I'm outside versus the treadmill.

Track. It poses less impact on the joints.

Track. The only disadvantage is when the track is crowded with other runners or walkers. Maneuvering around people can be a pain.

Treadmill because of the humid weather in southeast asia.
