Lots of porn of course, or some other videos. Depends on the mood, I sometimes mix hand lotion and silicone based lube. The reason is, other kinds of lube gets sticky real quick and it's very unpleasant. Silicone lube is very slick but very difficult to wash off. I found out if I mix hand lotion with it, it stays slick for a long time for the days when I just want to wank and wank and wank, then edge and edge and edge.
