1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamonMediterraean Blend

1/2 thyme leavesTable Shake

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder_MY SPIN: These are the original recipes but I have adapted them for my tastes and you can yours also.
- Mexican ~ I double the cayene pepper.
2)Thai ~ Make a marinade by adding blend with toasted sesame oil,rice wine vinegar,soy sauce or fish sauce, and brown sugar ( your tastes for amounts ~ I never measure anything :)) - Mediterranean ~ I leave out the cumin ~too smoky for everything so I add separately to meat dishes.
- Table ~ I use half as much ground celery seed._
- Mexican ~ I double the cayene pepper.
