Anyone unable to vote for torrent categories after recent site update?

Since the recent site update, I don't see a link on completed torrents to be able to vote for torrent categories… It was working before the site update. Is this happening to anyone else, or has this function been removed? I'm running Firefox 34.0.5. Thanks!
