I guess the only advice i can give you is that you should have condoms in handy and lotion.

If I can give you any advice it should be to not over clean. The only thing that needs to be cleaned out for anal sex is the anus. Too many first timers will go buy an enema that will rip through their body and empty out the anus, rectum and lower intestines which if you do it too close to the intercourse can be very uncomfortable. Just a bit of warm inserted into the anus once or twice will generally do the trick.
Secondly use condoms and make sure you are using water based lubricant as petroleum and silicone based lubes will eat through the condom. Beyond that have a great time.

Most importantly you need to learn to relax your fuck muscles: Your hole needs to invite a penis to enter, not require it to blast its way in! Practice learning to control your inner muscles by using a dildo.
You'll also be more comfortable if you're clean inside.
Insist on foreplay! The more comfortable you are with your partner, the better the sex will be!
