The only thing that needs to be cleaned out for anal sex is the anus. Too many first timers will go buy an enema that will rip through their body and empty out the anus, rectum and lower intestines which if you do it too close to the intercourse can be very uncomfortable. Just a bit of warm inserted into the anus once or twice will generally do the trick.

Secondly use condoms and make sure you are using water based lubricant as petroleum and silicone based lubes will eat through the condom. Beyond that have a great time.
