I don't have one personally, but I know guys who do. They all say the same thing: it makes sex more pleasurable, and you have to get used to peeing with an extra hole in your dick. Also, they say the most uncomfortable part of getting the piercing wasn't the actual piercing, but the tube that went into the urethra.

A bit of both. They say some pee comes out of the new hole, so their stream is less accurate and dribbles down the piercing itself.

sitting down to pee is FAR easier than trying to cope with the dribble, though if you have a foreskin it's easier than if you're cut
