How can I move all my torrents from Tixati to uTorrent?

I haven't used Tixati and depends what you mean by 'move'.
If all you want to do is use uTorrent to download existing torrents then my mind says download the torrent file again and open it in uTorrent and when asked where to save it point it to your existing file (even if it's partial). uTorrent will then check the file you have and carry on from there. At least that is the theory.
Remember the torrent client and the downloaded data are separate things. Good luck
