im uploading small files in torrent section is it good or bad ,what most people what to see big files or smaller ones

I think this depends, since your question isn't quite clear.
If by "uploading" you mean new torrents, bigger files (both in size and video quality) are likely to be the better ones.
However, if you're just seeding stuff you downloaded it might depend on the videos, and there probably isn't a direct connection between size and people who might download it.
