HI all,
it seems that half my download buffer has gone overnight. i don't think i did dl 40gb worth of data overnight. is there any way that i can check?

In your profile (click your nickaname in the top bar) you can see how many torrents you have downloaded completely and which torrents are corrently in seeding.
