Tracker offline / timed out

for a few days now none of my gt.ru torrents are connecting to the tracker … on every single one the tracker status is offline/timed out ... any idea what is causing this and how to fix? my client is utorrent 3.3.1 and all other trackers are working normally... Thanks!
