Help. Don't know how to seed.

I'm new to this site and don't know how to seed. How do I do this?
And how many uploads or seeding must I do? -
seeding = keep your files up and running after download and your client always running
uploading = try upload something new which is not already online (qtm is a nice tool which helps uploading because it can be complicated if you do it manually for the first time)
click on your ratio on top of the screen and read about our ratio requirements

As already said by Joker, keep the torrent started (seeding) in your torrent programme and the programme running as long and much as possible. There can happen upload of actual data only, if there are leecher (members who download), too.
