New here how to reseed a file when i was banned

hello everybody im kinda new here… my ratio is really low so i havent download permission right now and i receive a reseed notification but i erase the torrent file and i dont know how to reseed (my torrent client is ares) i hope you can help me n.n thank you

If a way to reseed works with Ares, it is described in our FAQ there > https://www.gaytor.rent/faq.php?lang=1#505
That you haven't download rights is not an issue, because our system allows to get back the small torrent files of the completed torrents listed in your Profile.

thanks for the information but in my profile in Last 250 Completed torrents only appears the files im seeding repeatly how can i obtain the torrent file??

which torrent are you requested? Can you give a link to the description page, please?

you should be able to download the torrent file from the description page because you have already completed your download on 2012-05-06 05:37:15

For that, see my first answer to your initial post.
If that does not help, you'll need a dedicated torrent client programme. I would recommend that anyway, because your Ares is sending each time you start seeding a torrent a "Have completed download" message instead of a "have all files". That makes the same torrents appearing multiple times in your Profile here.

thats right ares doesnt work for reseed so im gonna download utorrent thank you a lot :hug:
