Technically balls don't produce the liquid part of semen, so it shouldn't matter. Still, it looks so fake

Technically you are right.  The balls(or testicles) produce the sperm for the jizz soup that is a cumshot. Semen comes from an area near your prostate. That's why your pc muscle contracts several times during a cumshot. That is also why you cannot control the flow of precum is you have ever had your prostate "massaged".
