I can see them in the online stores, but despite the plugs and the standard model I have no idea which are their purposes.

well, i think it just comes down to personal preference–what kinda shape do you want up your bum?
if it's your first, i suggest something 'traditional' such as modeled cock and balls with a suction base. as far as size, i'd suggest something more medium-sized with a 1.75" diameter. i like shinny black, as i find the flesh tone to be as realistic as a band-aid.
