Torrent problem

I have a problem, i needed to re-install my windows 7, i saved everything to an external hdd, but how can i re-seed everything i downloaded again?
I needed to re-intstall everything, but want to share it again. Can somebody suggest me how i can do that?Thanks

If you have left the downloaded data in the same place (directory and/or drive) and use µTorrent, you could copy the content of %AppData%/utorrent from your old installation to the new.
The other way is the reseed procedure:
