New poll not well thought out

Good idea to have a poll asking about the response of the system with the new equipment. Bad idea, though, to require that we answer it before we can browse the torrents. I answered that I prefer not to answer, which isn't exactly true: I do prefer to answer, but I don't know what my answer will be until I've been on the system for a few minutes and tried loading some pages.

My thoughts exactly! I just logged in, I saw the poll and I didn't know what to answer because I hadn't yet checked out the site and its speed.
It was too early for that poll.
Well, I thought to check out how the forum goes, and then give my answer to the poll. -
Well I assumed (obviously stupidly) that the changes must have been implemented some time before the poll, so I answered (positively) based on my recent experience, but now I regret that as I'm finding page loading times to be very poor once again. How do I resubmit my poll answer?
EDIT: It seems much faster since posting the above comment. (Not sure why, but whenever I comment on the speed, it always seems to change soon afterwards!!)

Tom, when when I first logged in to the site today, and I saw the poll, I navigated the forum for a while to check out the speed.
During this navigation I had two time out errors. I hadn't had such errors for a long time.
But now it seems that the site runs smoothly again. -
