Not Seeding Approved Torrents (to Completition)

to add a few more words… if you can't seed full-time to completion for whatever reason (which is understandable), please, make a comment below your torrent file so that we (staff) and users are aware of why you are not connected and so that we can be sure that your torrent will be finished for sure. more over, it indeed makes no good if you only wait for approval and in a moment go offline. if you are about to go offline for a longer time, just stop your new torrent, so that it won't get approved and seed it when you really have time to seed.
among possible reasons belong also ISP deliberate disconnections / blockade, some of them really do it to preserve their bandwidth at certain times. if you notice this to be your case, please, make a comment about this fact in your profile as well. thanks for comprehension.

EDIT:
i sent the user a PM cause i was the one who had talked him through the whole process (literally) of seeding yesterday and thought i would tell him about the seeding rules, and sure enough, as is normally the case, it was late night for him so he had to switch off his computer, but once he could he started seeding again…..
but otherwise i think mod action can be taken if one or two days have passed and the user has not seeded at all during that time -

He is seeding now, but please don't blame members in public. In addition this was a torrent approved today, a little early to turn out my dark side.
So please to our members, send uploaders not seeding after approval to at least some members having got a complete copy kind PMs, use the report system if it does not help, but don't put them on a public board.
Consider as well that only few have got such upload bandwidth like dokun or me, and seeding to completion make take some time.
A tip for uploader: if you know to need long to upload or to have to interrupt it for some time, mention it in the torrent description or a comment with indications when you will seed including time zone. This will avoid nasty comments, reports etc and therefore is part of our rules.
My actions currently will start after a 7 days period, that should have given enought time to complete to a full copy distributed (though our rules require 3 other seeder before leaving, to warrant the health of a torrent).
When you get a PM by me, react on it or you will see my darker and darkest sides >:D

Let me say it bluntly: this is not only Uwe's opinion, sorry it is not yet stated in the rules. I urge all uploaders who can't seed full 24/7 until the minimum upload is complete:
Mention it in the torrent description or a comment with indications when you will seed including time zone.
Let me give one addition: seeding only one or two hours a day is not enough to comply with our rules for a new upload!!!

As far as i can see this was yesterday (19 April) uploaded an not today..
Sorry for the public posting it wont happen again.. (I'm still not comfortable to use the report torrent button again)I talked to the poster he will leave a note for leechers with his seeding times.. ;D

Hopefully you know that what I said above was not meant "against" you and even not especially targeting you.
Nobody is obliged to use the "Report" function. Kind PMs can be a good means and IMHO it is even preferable if things can be corrected between members in a friendly manner.
Anyway, Reports should be used with care and after double checking (this is meant for all members) to be founded.

No i wasn't thinking that! You where right, it was not that nice of me to put that link in a public forum..Most of the times i'm here to relax a bit from the hassle of my own sites, and i'm not always thinking clear then ;DThat i'm not comfortable yet using that button does have another reason (its better not to get into that anymore, its done).
Most of the time i do send a pm to a member before reporting, and my pm's are in general Very friendly..grtz,
