How to do bareback?

As far as I know, usually, HIV+ actors are matched with other HIV+ actors for bareback scenes.

Does someone know what bareback actors do for making the sex (sucking, fucking) a little bit safer (no-condon of course)? A cream? a medication? Or is it just pure raw 100% unsafe sex?  ???

from the medical point of view, each such an intercourse accelerates spreading the virus. there are no possible chemical means which could be used to protect them more than the pure physical barrier - condom. before taking HIV+ shots they have to agree with this freely and as i know some of them, they don't care too much. some other studios, the "better ones", strictly reject HIV+ guys from shooting completely.

Then there are some studios (such as Hot Desert Knights, I believe), that will only use HIV+ guys in their scenes.  This is troublesome, because someone who is infected with one strain of HIV can conceivably get superinfected with another strain, which would managing the infection much more difficult.

Yep it's just unsafe and unprotected sex.  Gay or straight, if your gonna bareback I would suggest doing it in a monogamous relationship with a tested partner.  As far as in gay porn I think there is no "safe" way to do bareback scenes.
