Hidden leacher ??? stealing or bug ???

Is it possible for a leecher to show on my bt client (utorrent) and not show in the torrent page.
It concerns the torrent 'Lilies (1996).avi'. In utorrent shows 2 leechers while in the torrent page shows just one. Is the second leecher a cheater ?
I have included printscreen images to demonstrate.

The privacy level should apply to personal details on the RU website, that is what you are able to see via the web-browser.
It should not affect the information that utorrent gives u regarding to the peers connected to the torrent.
Again I am just assuming all these, I might be wrong but it seemed weird hence I posted here in case someone can shed some light

This matter will be looked into, however I think its just an error with the tracker

i think this is just a matter of "delay" between the communication of our functioning utorrent with the gt.ru system? (i'm not really good with this)
i notice this everytime i am uploading/seeding. there's always a discrepancy between the number of leechers in my utorrent as compared to a lower leecher count registered in gt.ru but if you wait a couple of minutes, they will eventually have the same "count".

This "delay" is corresponding with "announce period". Your uTorrent doesn't show the actual state of all peers but the tracker does. The number of peers is actual in the time of the last uTorrent announce.

Regardless whether your setting is Normal, Low or Strong, No other members can see the history of your downloads (completed/currently seeding or not), uploads, and leeching (currently downloading), but you yourself alone.
