Rules and punishment warning

This statement on main page seems harsh to me…meaning the word punishment to me sounds a bit childish. It could be worded differently or removed all together Just a suggestion.
2007-03-12 - New rules for downloads & punishments. We are no longer banning for low ratios, instead your download rights will be taken away until your ratio reaches the required minimum of .350. We have changed the grace period for reaching the minimum ratio from 21 days to 14 days. This is more than enough time to get your ratio up.

I would remove it to read 'New rules for downloads' or change it to 'New rules for downloads & bans'

I think your complaint is a bit "childish" as you put it.
All punishments are getting revamped, not just bans and download rights.

Excuse me Sir? It was not a complaint as you suggest. If you would read my note correctly you would see it is a suggestion. I can see your very quick to lash out at your members here.

I'm not going to get into an argument with you Sir, no matter how much you may want to. I brought this up to help the site for new people coming in. I don't think it makes a good first impression

I got kopf as head? Mein Deutsch sprecken ist tut mir leid.
I doubt that made much sense! It's years since I've spoken German and it's very rusty. My spelling is probably awful too!
