<![CDATA[Rules and punishment warning]]>This statement on main page seems harsh to me…meaning the word punishment to me sounds a bit childish. It could be worded differently or removed all together Just a suggestion.

2007-03-12 - New rules for downloads & punishments. We are no longer banning for low ratios, instead your download rights will be taken away until your ratio reaches the required minimum of .350. We have changed the grace period for reaching the minimum ratio from 21 days to 14 days. This is more than enough time to get your ratio up.
