Why is my seeding speed 0?

I can seed when I create my own torrents but when I download torrents utorrent says "not connectable" and I can't seed

Not being connectable means that your router is not correctly configured to forward the port that your torrent client uses through to your computer, both in TCP and in UDP.
I do not see you as seeding any torrents now, so it would be hard to see if there's more to your situation than just that.
