What is the logic of forum groups?

Lurker 0-2 0
Newbie 3-9 1
Semi-Newbie 10-49 1
Jr. Member 50-99 2
Full Member 100-249 3
Sr. Member 250-499 4
Hero Member 500 and above 5I have more then 200 posts and 3 stars, but i'm still a lurker.
What is wrong?
