A hillbilly goes to his doctor for pretty severe constipation - and the doctor gives him some suppositories. The man returns to the office a few days later and says he is still constipated. The doctor asks if he is taking the suppositories. "Of course I'm taking them" the man booms back "what do you think I'm doing, shoving them up my ass?"
