New Years Resolutions (year and decade)

Anyone making new years resolutions or perhaps "new decade" resolutions? Also, does anybody use any sort of "worksheet" or something to help guide their new years resolutions? Links would be great!

My BIG New Year resolutions I do during the High Holy Days, when there's an actual 10-11 days of spiritual work that I can use to change bad habits.
For the secular year I do simpler oaths. For 2020 I plan to watch 24 movies in the theatre and read 52 books.
