Underwears lost in lockroom at fitness club

I use to go to a fitness club. I see lot of underwears left by their owners in the showers or in the lockroom.
Do you think the guys are just inadvertents or do you think they want someone to take it and have fun with?I like to smell male's sweat on underwears while masturbating and I would take it but it' not right if they don't let them willingly

I wondered the same. I suspect most leave them by accident, but a small number must get off on the thought of others taking them and using them.
