Seeding Problem

hi all! i am hoping someone can help me figure out why my seeding speeds are so slow when i seed torrents through this website. when i download torrents through other websites i have no problems seeding but through here it is either very slow or does not seed at all. does anyone else have this problem and have a solution?
also i am using qbittorrentthanks anyone for your help! i would love to get my ratio up so i can download again.
