I wish, but they have coded it so that screen capture apps don't work. They have done this for a good reason (to minimise attacks by homophobes as well as stupid arseholes who want to out people or do revenge porn shit). However this creates a problem for those who want to do an image search on a profile to check if it's genuine (in my experience the number of attempted dating scams is becoming huge! plus catfishing is always an issue).
And then there is also the issue for those of us who want to download images for our, erm, emotional upliftment <cough> :-[</cough>
