Making a torrent with a phone?

I was wondering if there are any apps you can use to create a torrent? Like I have a good smartphone, but no computer lol. And what's your favorite Torrent app? besides uTorrent :crazy2:

As much as I loathe Vuze on the computer completely, I find it does a pretty good job on an Android based device.
