      Hi All,

Today I had to downgrade my Operating System on my Mac from High Sierra back to Sierra. Too many issues with the new OS. I was just going through to make sure all was back to normal when I clicked on utorrent to check on that and noticed all of my uploads are no longer there. I still have my folder with all my uploads on my desktop but it appears utorrent isn't recognizing any of them.

I'm assuming there isn't away to retrieve them and should I delete the folder I have with them and start from scratch again? I'm not sure how many current uploads I had but must have been around 50 or so at present.

      Thanks.

To add to this. I just tried uploading a new torrent to see if that would load and that is just sitting there saying "downloading" 0% for 10 minutes now. So something is off somewhere. But no clue on this end.

Sounds like your torrent database got damaged in some way.

Please write the helpdesk so staff specializing in these areas can get an update of your status, get some additional information, then be able to give you advice / troubleshooting methods that may get you back up again.

        Take care,

          Thanks Pawpcorn.

I was hoping you were the "King" of figuring out this issue I guess I will have to try with one of your subjects instead.

            Hi, leeniedo,

It's likely that I'll be the one to help you out in the helpdesk.

To explain my recommendation, it's likely that there may be some information, in the back-and-forth PM communications that follow the initial helpdesk query, that you'd wish to keep confidential… thus... the MAIN reason I'm recommending we move this to the private helpdesk, and away from the public forum.

Take care, and see you there!
