Pic Cap 5 or 10 per Torrent?

Does the host have a 10pic maximum and guests have only 5?
Details say 1 file = 10 pic maximum
However, when adding photos, it caps at 5. For example, if one photo is posted with Host, and I attempt to add 6 photos, only 4 photos are accepted totaling 5. -
The cap scales with the number of files in the torrent. The uploader's limit: 1 file 10 pictures, 2 files 15, 3 to 4 files 20, 5 to 7 files 25, 8 to 11 files 30, 12 to 16 files 35, 17 to 22 files 40, 23 to 29 files 45, 30 or more 50, plus any extra slots the uploader bought. Everyone else can add pictures up to 5 below that limit, so a single-file torrent takes 5 pictures from other members and 10 from its uploader. That keeps small releases from being flooded with junk screenshots for bonus points.

@geauxk there is no distinction between who is uploading the pictures, whether it's the original torrent uploader or another member, the limit is the same. If it is capping at 5, probably the values informed in that massage are inaccurate and the limit is indeed 5 pics.
During the torrent creation phase this limit is not applied, the uploader can add as many pictures as they wish, but once the torrent page is online, the limits will apply to them as well if they attempt to add any more pictures.
