Are we allowed to use multiple seedboxes?

I have two different seedboxes from different providers and was wondering if it was okay to use both. They are on shared IPs.

Yes... This is perfectly fine. There is no rule prohibiting the use of a seedbox, and there is nothing that prevents you from being able to use multiple devices or even multiple IP addresses on your account.
