No torrents connected

Another day, another issue... (surprise, surprise!)
The status bar in both the live and dev site is saying I have zero torrents leeching or seeding.
Also the torrents section in my profile is only listing completed and uploaded lists.
I have reported it as a bug on the dev site before checking if the live site was having the same issue.
All of my torrents are connecting to the tracker without issue.

Relax, pretty much once you report to helpdesk and also there is multiple post on forum means dev already notified and still working for it. unless you're a big and consistent donator, just wait and let them fix it at their own pace.
the issue does annoying since we cannot see our download and upload rate, but we still can do it.. skip gooning for few moment wont hurt.

Also having the same problem, so assume it's widespread. Torrents report as working but do not show as downloading or seeding on the website.
I'll be patient for a fix.

@idumy I'm simply expressing frustration at these constant issues the last few weeks. But as long as you're not annoyed, what else matters. And thanks so much for the condescending attitude

@BKisalive the tracker's code is being updated to fix bugs, it needs to be restarted whenever a new version goes live, so it will be unstable for a while.
What's important for members to ensure they will not lose upload credit is to keep their clients running, if you close or restart while the tracker is offline you will lose that session's traffic forever.

@ianfontinell Thanks for the update and I do keep my client up 24/7 as far as possible. Unfortunately that never seems to stop me losing session traffic.

@BKisalive tbf today's bug is very different, i don't think it will be recoverable at all..... i'm almost taking the opportunity to download a massive torrent since it will not hurt my ratio

quick update, all seems back to normal now. Since I started my client today I have already uploaded 132GB and it is now added to my stats as expected.

I agree; it looks like it's fixed now. I didn't need to restart my client.FWIW, I noticed that the torrents were visible as "dead torrents" during the outage, and some of them connected and downloaded for me even though they showed as dead on the web,
