Sorry, unless you're talking about generally, and a torrent that hasn't yet been fully seeded at least once? In which case, uploaders get notified of any comment left on their torrent.

The uploader hasn't finished seeding it for 17 days, even though he's visiting the site.

Is there anything I could do to inform him to help finish seeding or only I could do is waiting?

I reported it to the torrent staff since they handle that.

I reached out to the uploader, he reported having a hard drive issue in the comments but I sent him a message asking for any update
