Snowflakes are causing Chrome to break

As cute as the snowflakes are during the holidays, they are causing Chrome to start flickering and I have to completely shut it down and restart it. Is there a way to disable this feature for individuals? Thank you

@Thang88 if you are using any adblocker extension like adguard or ublock origin, you can add a custom rule/filter to block it:
