I have tried everything, my auto downloader can't download the torrent from the feed. I do get the feed properly. It just errors with can't download. I have tried both download options when setting up the RSS feed. Any suggestions?

@malanden Yes: Stop trying.
I seem to remember someone saying RSS was broken several years ago and the only posts regarding this since have all given the impression that it has not been fixed.
I could well be wrong though.

@malanden what app are you using? does it support custom cookies?
if you can set cookies for your uid and passkey, the feed will work.I use the rss feed on my torrent client (qbittorrent) and it works fine.
