DMCA strike

I got a DMCA strike within minutes of uploading a collection( i was still editing the title ), and now I have the message:
“You have 3 DMCA strikes and must wait another 46 days before you can upload again.”
So yeah, I guess I just have to wait it out. I kind of understand how this system works, so I’ll leave it at that.What’s odd, though, is that when I search the same name in the torrent database, there’s tons of content that should technically fall under DMCA too from the same porn actor, yet it’s still up. It feels like certain I enter keywords trigger these takedowns though I try to be concise.
For my upload, I only added a name and included both videos and the full photo collection. Should I avoid uploading photos altogether? are the thumbnails creating a problem. should i stop entering the anme but that would be douchy from my part !
Any tips to prevent this from happening again would be super helpful.What’s really strange is that this issue keeps happening only on this site, and it’s getting more frequent. I’m starting to think that maybe certain models or creators have direct access to file DMCA requests. I have checked the other topics around this subject but they were more about the DMCA process in general and not why users get dmcaed over and over and how to overcome it. Thanks in advance

@mihaig110 happened to me in the past, in my case i did not even mention anyone because my torrent was a collection of a bunch of random small creators that nobody really care about. It was super weird that there was a request because no one could possibly be representing any of the featured people... Because no one was mentioned.
Keywords certainly play a role, images can also trigger the dmca bots. In my case I reuploaded the exact same torrent file, didn't change a byte, created a generic title that was still faithful to the content, and provided no preview whatsoever. there was a thumbnails folder, so people could still have a sneek peak. That one torrent is still up.
One reason why you don't see users bringing this up is because it is against the rules, this topic will most likely be locked soon. There really isn't anything we can do, it is the dmca lottery and some of us are more lucky
