This Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead.
The joint statement by the DOJ and FBI of July 6 remains as accurate today as it was when it was written. Namely, that in the recent thorough review of the files maintained by the FBI in the Epstein case, no evidence was uncovered that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties. President Trump has told us to release all credible evidence. If Ghislane Maxwell has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims, the FBI and the DOJ will hear what she has to say.
Therefore, at the direction of Attorney General Bondi, I have communicated with counsel for Ms. Maxwell to determine whether she would be willing to speak with prosecutors from the Department.
I anticipate meeting with Ms. Maxwell in the coming days. Until now, no administration on behalf of the Department had inquired about her willingness to meet with the government. That changes now.
But here is weird part: MAYBE TRUE.
Maxwell was prosecuted under Biden-Kamabla. Why would they ask her?

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said that past reports that she was interviewed by state and federal authorities were not true, and that she may be an "untapped source of new information" in the Epstein case.
"I was surprised, in speaking with a member of the legal defense team a couple days ago, when they said that reports that she had been previously interviewed by federal and state prosecutors [and] investigators was not true. She has never been interviewed. Yes, and despite all of these past investigations in this scandal, I was really taken aback by that. So if that's true, she could be an untapped source of new information.

If Trump were guilty of something related to Epstein, Biden and Co would have prosecuted him.
Trump was prosecuted for overinflating the value of his property, despite the banks saying they didn't have an issue with it. Jon Stewart infamously overinflated the value of his property many times greater than Trump was accused of, and was never prosecuted. Democrat Rep Jerry Nadler also overvalued his property greater than Trump did and was never prosecuted.
Trump faced targeted lawfare by the Democrats.
So don't give me that crap.

If Trump stayed within the laws, there should not be anything to come after. But he does not stay within the laws. And it is a surprise that Democrats take Trump to court many times, when the US has the most lawyers in the world.
Trump does also file many lawsuits, when he hears that he doesn't like.
And for Epstein many rightwing commentators are angry with Trump, because he has not released all the papires. You should know that by now. But I do not know, why the Democrats have not released the papires. Maybe you should asked a Democrat about that, as you know, I am not a Democrat. Can't even vote for them, or the GOP. -
You are making excuses for lawfare by the Democrats. Justice is supposed to be blind, not politically biased.
The difference is that Trump files lawsuits on his own; he does not use taxpayer money to do it, like Democrats do.
Yes, I'm not happy that Trump did not release the documents. Trump not releasing the Epstein files is not proof that he's implicated in them. If they did implicate Trump or anyone close to Trump, then the Democrats would have prosecuted him or, at the very least, used it to claim he was part of it.

Leftist judges are trying to stop Trump at every turn. In some cases, they are even ignoring legal precedent and SCOTUS rulings.

Even in the UK, judges are extremely political.

Just as Trump doesn´t believe in equality, Biden has the right to believe in equality.
Trump admitted only MAGA judges, even when it was clear that they lied and wasn´t qualified to that position.
Legal precendents can be changed, they have also been changed sometimes. Trump is also ignoring SCOTUS rulings. He even wants to change illegal the Constitution regarding Birth Right citizens. I understand why, he wants to change that, but it must be done legally and the right way. -

Literally up until last month when he and his DOJ lost in front of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, Trump was arguing that he could use the Department of Justice (funded by the taxpayers) as his personal horde of lawyers for his appeal of the E. Jean Carroll defamation suit.
Prior to wanting taxpayers to pay for his defense, Trump had been using political donations from his supporters to pay all of his legal bills (well, at least the legal bills that he chose to pay, since he is notorious for not paying his debts to lawyers).
Trump's only using "his" money because the Judiciary literally refused to allow him to rob the taxpayers for his own interests. You don't know what you're talking about.
