Need help with re-download instructions after uploading

I'm trying to follow the steps in the upload guide, but English is my second language, and the images in step 4 (seedig the torrent) aren't working.
I uploaded a folder of videos and downloaded the file from my uploaded page. What do I do now? when I double-click the torrent file, uTorrent opens the "add new torrent" window. But according to the guide, I need to point to a data file? What does it mean?
Please help!

Once your torrent is succesfully uploaded, re-download the small torrent [here] that you posted ...
Point on the correct drive on your computer ,,,
if it is a single file point on the location folder ex : C : drive/download/mypornfolder/myupload.mp4 > point on myporn folder ...
if it is a multpile files > point on download folder otherwise you are downloading instead of seeding if it's not on the right drive folder location path ... -
@john32123666 I think I did it correctly (It says I'm seeding the torrent, and that the page is now visible). Am I supposed to see it on the Browse page? Because I can't find it when I search for the name (or just look through the images in Browse).
