If the President has nothing to do with the budget, then you need to explain Biden's demands that he get more and more money to send to Ukraine.
Sure, Presidents don't have total control of the budget, but they do get put forward their version. When their party is in power, the President has almost total control of the budget.

Also, Mayor Adams is slashing his budget for NYC because of the cost of the illegal crisis created by liberals. You don't need to have libraries when you have illegals, or some such shit.

You might remember it. It was during one of the DNC primary debates. Fauxcahontas and the multi-millionaire commie were on stage with him.
