Jatonya Clayborn Muldrow sued the City of St. Louis after she was reassigned...[in a way that she felt] was negative for her, and it was made on the basis of sex.
The Supreme Court [said] an employee just needed to show “some harm” under the terms of their employment, but it doesn’t need to be “material,” “substantial” or “serious.” The decision makes it easier for workers to sue...
So, usual type of case - but now easier to bring.
Plain meaning of USA law is: employers can't discriminate on innate characteristics - period.
In USA law there is no "good discrimination" against Whites or males because your DEI is so woke & wonderful.
The ruling may let more (successful) discrimination cases to be brought by White males.
