<p dir="auto">Plain meaning of USA law is: employers can't discriminate on innate characteristics - period.</p>
<p dir="auto">In USA law there is no "good discrimination" against Whites or males because your DEI is so woke &amp; wonderful.</p>
<p dir="auto">The ruling may let more (successful) discrimination cases to be brought by White males.</p>
