@MrMazda What do you mean by "us" and "them"? According to the most recent stats I could find, nearly 70% of Canadians are white. Were your "thems" non-whites, or something else? DEI, as it works in the US is not only focused on race, but also women, sexual minorities, the disabled, etc. "Inclusion" is aimed at just that; aiding those who have historically been "excluded."

I guess I'm an idealist, but I do wish people would work towards a world where this is only "us." When you start dividing, it is possible for anyone to end up becoming "them." My guess is that is why many Caucasians are threatened by this notion. They are not used to and feel very uncomfortable with being "them."

And you have to see the irony when White people in North America talk about "invasions"

Those groups are required to severely outperform the winners of DEI, to even get a look in.

Why do you think Sen Warren, Rachel Dolezal, Shaun "Talcum X" King, and many others pretend to be other races or mixed?

Jesse Lee Petersen (a black conservative) has a podcast where he interviews mostly black liberals, and quite often you will hear how ultra-privileged blacks would slack off in school, knowing that AA would get them into college. Probably the most famous one was the black chick whose parents were multi-million-dollar Harvard grad lawyers. She fully admitted that she fucked around during school knowing that AA would protect her. Of course, she was right. She had all the same advantages as rich white people had, AA, which does not benefit poor white males.

AA benefits women most, regardless of race. Even when men are at a serious disadvantage, AA losers refuse to help males to equalize with women in college.

AA is anti-merit.

"Tell us why" - That you need to ask, shows your ignorance.

1 example of millions - at Harvard, DEI got so extreme, TOP 20% of Asian by academic achievement among Asian applicants alone, had LESS chance of entry, than BOTTOM 20% of Black by academic achievement among Black applicants alone.

If you can't see how Blacks would find that wrong (as well as Asians) - you @jaroonn are racist & extremist.
