Formating new version of windows

Hello you all. This is my first topic that im posting here .I will format my notebook and i dont know how to save and keep my torrents working here on gaytor.rent. Maybe someone have on guide that can help me...Thank you.

However you need a back-up HDD external drive to transfer and copy or move all files ...
Reformatting or clean install windows are very critical process w/c takes time in place ...
HDD external drives are cheaper nowadays ...
