For some reason, this dropped from the news once this clearer pic of the homophobic stabber came out.
I wonder why that could be.

I wonder why that could be.
If it's not a coincidence, perhaps law enforcement are following up on leads since the picture was posted and they don't want to put out any further information that could tip-off any potential suspects or otherwise compromise their investigation. Or perhaps the news simply has nothing more to report until the suspect has been apprehended.

OR, as is usually the case, they are no longer interested in the case since it's a black person that committed the crime.
