Trump had the power to declassify.
Until 20 Jan 2021, Biden never had the power to declassify documents, but he had a lot of them. He had documents that dated back to his time as a Senator and VP. None of them were secure.
Biden won't get prosecuted because the FBI, DOJ, etc are dirty to the core.

Some of these documents were of a sensitive military nature, and if even he had declassified them (which he admitted on the tapes that he had not), it would be further proof that he is a dangerous idiot he would have been fired as manager of McDonalds. Eric Holder violated Congressional subpoenas. and NOTHING.
