The subpoena legit as any. USA FBI Director is NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SUBPOENA.

I am, however, quite sure that like all GOP-Fox "scandals" nothing is going to come out of this. How dumb am I? Poland is a democracy, and yes, the ruling hard right party is in charge. They got about 45% of the vote in the last election. All of my Polish friends hate them with a passion. Like in the US, their supporters are mainly poor, uneducated, religious fanatics. They are doing all they can to buy these people's votes with socialist-style giveaways and pandering to culture wars. So I would imagine that a genius like you could see that their policies do not reflect the country as a whole. Like in the US, in the developed, well-educated urban centers, the left is in charge.

Clearly, we have multiple levels of the justice system.
Trump had the power to declassify.
Until 20 Jan 2021, Biden never had the power to declassify documents, but he had a lot of them. He had documents that dated back to his time as a Senator and VP. None of them were secure.
Biden won't get prosecuted because the FBI, DOJ, etc are dirty to the core.

Some of these documents were of a sensitive military nature, and if even he had declassified them (which he admitted on the tapes that he had not), it would be further proof that he is a dangerous idiot he would have been fired as manager of McDonalds. Hillary broke federal laws and violated Congressional subpoenas. The FBI and DoJ said she didn't "intend" to break federal laws, so she did nothing wrong. She did intend to violate Congressional subpoenas, but still nothing.
Eric Holder violated Congressional subpoenas. and NOTHING.

Biden and Pence didn't INTENTIONALLY and KNOWINGLY withhold documents when asked to turn them over , much less LIE about them. Trump DID. They turned them over to the National Archives when asked for them. Trump DIDN'T and he LIED about them.
