Report Duplicate function not working?

Looks like the form for reporting a duplicate submission may not be working ..
I was trying to get my 50 SP bounty turning this sillygoose for posting this duplicate upload ( https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=5f5484714f394264556f562e6cf754a1296948e341993643 ) which is a file for file dupe of https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=eabcf49f11edc0f6556f562e6cf754a1440b15af5161ad70&filelist=1#filelist uploaded just about a week ago..
When I submitted the link of the URL of the original upload, the second link, it says it cannot find it. I even switched it up trying to use the old gaytor.rent URL to see maybe if it was just some old parsing logic but it didn't like that either..

@jrewingwanna when reporting a duplicate, do not include filelist to avoid conflict ...
